If you are looking for a competitive quote on your electrical projects, we want to show you what we can do. We will be competitive with high quality service, like design-build projects, building maintenance, refurbishments and new builds.

We work together with engineers, architects and builders to turn your design concept into an operational reality. Our team has successfully completed numerous electrical design-build projects on time and within budget.

Our team is here to support your new construction projects and deliver successful completions every time.  We work with general contractors and construction managers to provide dedicated assistance through all phases of the construction process.

We specialise in meeting tight schedules and working in occupied spaces. We know that undertaking an electrical project can be disruptive, which is why we focus on working as unobtrusively as possible or working at times that accommodate your schedule. Throughout the renovation process, we work closely general contractors and construction managers to ensure the project meets or exceeds every budget, time and quality target.

Phoenix Electrical works closely with building and facilities managers to test, repair and maintain electrical systems and to ensure they function at peak performance. We carry out both reactive maintenance and offer several different levels of proactive maintenance to suit every budget.

We provide all testing and certification services to suit your requirements including electrical installation certification, minor works, electrical condition reports (EICR) and PAT testing These certificates show that the work carried out was safe from the date it was installed and help with further inspection and testing, as they can help save on expensive exploratory work which might otherwise be needed in future. Additionally, in the event of a claim that injury or fire was caused by an electrical installation, certificates can help prove that the installation had been installed to a satisfactory standard of safety. Also, up to date certification and regular testing and inspection of your premises are usually required by your insurance company for your policy to be valid in the event of a claim.
