FULL M&E DELAPS AND REFURBISHMENT, WEMBLEY

Phoenix Electrical Installations Ltd were commissioned to undertake full delaps back to base build for our client, revised layout of building with walls coming down to convert three existing units into one large unit and then to refurb much of the existing installation. These works included 3 phase electrical installation, re-siting existing and fitting new distribution boards, adding additional fire alarm panel, call points to existing, reprogramming access control system including car park barriers, verification and servicing of sprinkler system, removing and fitting new air-conditioning units, servicing existing plumbing and heating systems, legionella risk assessments, testing and certification to all, including full O&M package on handover.

HOME PUB & OUTSIDE KITCHEN, BENFLEET, ESSEX - FULL ELECTRICAL DESIGN AND INSTALL

We were asked by one of our regular clients to design and install the electrical installation to their new home pub at the end of their garden, with an added outside kitchen/cooking area. This included power, lighting design, air-conditioning, power supplies for kitchen equipment, solariums and fish tanks, CCTV, TV and data systems. We ran a SWA armoured cable from the house to the new home pub building and outside kitchen and fitted an additional consumer unit in the pub to accommodate the additional demand created by the installation.

GARDEN LIGHTING AND POWER INSTALLATION, SOUTHEND ON SEA

Our customer had just had her garden redesigned and landscaped and asked us to add the power and lighting. We added outdoor sockets, LED colour changing lights, spike lights and LED colour changing floor light fittings. These were all switch via remote control smart switching unit allowing hand held fob remote control, light switch battery anywhere and smart capability from your Android or iPhone.

ELECTRIC BOILER INSTALL, MALDON

Our client had no gas at their property. During a full refurb, where we carried our all electrical and plumbing works we were asked to replace the existing old fashioned electric storage radiators with a new electric “wet” central heating system. We fitted a new electric boiler, cylinder tank, decorative radiators and smart Nest thermostat.

KITCHEN INSTALLATION, ROCHFORD

Collaborating with the clients builder, we carried out a full rewire and plumbing installation to their new kitchen. This included socket outlets, decorative lighting, LED down lighting, under cabinet lighting and power to accommodate new appliances.

BATHROOM INSTALLATION, RAYLEIGH

Working alongside our sister company Phoenix Heating and Plumbing Ltd, we designed and installed the electrics in their new bathroom. This involved designing mood lighting to give them a relaxing bathroom, shaver socket, extractor fan and a heated mirror with lights.

DOMESTIC REWIRE, STANSTED

We have recently completed a full rewire to our customers property in Stanstead. Making chases in walls, running new wiring throughout, fitting new chrome sockets and switches, LED down and putting up decorative light fittings supplied by the client, kitchen power, extractor fan in bathroom, outside lighting and power, fitting new 18^th edition metal clad consumer unit complete with SPD and RCBO’s covering each circuit. We also installed interlinked smoke and heat detectors. We plastered and filled all chases made by ourselves ready for the client to rub down and decorate. On completion of works NICEIC electrical installation certification, domestic smoke alarm certification, Part P building control notification and full handover pack with warranties, instruction manuals and data sheets were sent to the client.
